Get set for the challenge of your life! Boot Camp is a high intensity outdoor group training session that yields amazing results. You will be challenged not only physically but emotionally and mentally. Rain, hail or shine – Boot Camp is on!
Results driven
Boot Camp training targets fat loss and cardio-vascular fitness, but goes much further to benefits such as increased muscle tone and agility, as well as improved self esteem and confidence. The more you put in, the more you will get out of Boot Camp.
Where & when
- Bulleen Studio – Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 5:50am
next 6 week program starting on the 5th of September - Fairfield Park – 8.30am sharp every Sunday morning.
You will need to wear appropriate footwear and clothing and bring your own small towel and a water bottle.
