It does not matter what size group you have be it large or small
the Healthy Vibes team would love to help you out!
The
Programs
All our programs run for a minimum of 12 weeks to allow enough time
to see significant changes and results. Each session you will
progress to a new level and you will be surprised at how much
better you can recover each week. The Healthy Vibes trainers will
continually challenge you and keep you motivated.
The
program includes an initial health check and then 2 additional
check-ups, one at week 6 and one at week 12. All the healthy vibes
staff love doing what they do, and it gives us great satisfaction
seeing you get the results that you want. Every participant will
receive a lifestyle booklet and individual exercise program that is
constantly monitored.
The
Sessions

Our
45 minute results sessions fit in around your working hours and
lunch times. The sessions are interchangeable and can take a
variety of forms, such as:
• Circuit Training
• Boxing
• Cardio Challenges
• Military Style Drills
• Ball Games
The
Venue
Visit
our studio, train at the park, or even your workplace. The choice
is yours.
